SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

JA Designs/Lotus Silver Studioprocessing time and preparing items to be shipped will take 1-2 days.  We will be as efficient as possible. If there is a delay for some reason, we will let you know immediately. We will keep you updated.

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to the unpredictability with mail slow-downs and some theft occurring in the U.S. I am requesting shipping to include a tracking number.  We believe this is the best way to keep your packages secure. 

Priority Shipping will be available for a flat rate of $8.80, estimated at this time. Priority shipping automatically comes with insurance.

Shipping fees include postage, handling, and shipping materials.

Lotus Silver Studio will only be shipping to the Mainland U.S. 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct at the time of payment. Refunding your payment due to incorrect shipping information will have to be charged to you as an additional seller fee. 

LOCAL PICK UP

Purchases made by Customers in the local Helena, Montana area from Lotus Silver Studio are able to for-go the shipping costs if choosing to pick up the their purchase. Please contact us by text at 406-459-9428 or email at lotussilverstudio@gmail.com.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refunds and returns are considered and are decided upon each individual case. Refunds will be given as shop credit. If an item is broken and can be repaired, we will repair it without a fee.
