Refund policy
JA Designs understands that people change their minds or that sometimes pieces are just not the right fit. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, no exceptions..
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry piece or pieces must be in the same condition that it was in when purchased . The piece must be unaltered from its original design completely. Please keep it in the original packaging if possible to ensure safe return shipping. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at joanie@jadesignsstudio1.com. Once your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After contacting me, I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
On Sale Jewelry items, custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned, which also includes: all Stones, cabochons, jewelry components, and Gift Cards. These are final sale items and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are given as credit with our store. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Item purchased must not have any alterations. Item purchased must be in the same condition as when purchased.
